MFI Calc Terms & Conditions
MFI Calc provides access to calculators useful in mechanical fuel injection engine tuning. It is available as an annual membership. MFI Calc is separate from MFI Consult and MFI Consult Advanced however they may be sold in a bundled package. To learn more about MFI Calc, visit this page.- Access to MFI Calc is granted for 1 year from the date funds are received.
- Memberships are not automatically renewed. A reminder email will be sent as the expiration date nears with instructions for renewal.
- MFI Calc provides access to 3 jetting calculators, 1 air fuel ratio calculator, and access to weather tools for engine tuning. Numerous help videos are available on the site. If further assistance is required, please check out our MFI Consult packages.
- Up to 3 baseline profiles are saved for easy access on this site. This information is accessible to employees of MFIcalc.com but is not shared with any third parties.
- While we work to ensure as close to 100% server uptime as possible, we cannot guarantee it.
- Any saved baseline data is backed up regularly. However, in the event of a database failure, we may only have saved data up to the previous week.
MFI Consult & MFI Consult Advanced Terms & Conditions
MFI Consult and MFI Consult Advanced provide consulting to engine tuners regarding their setup and procedures. These are separate from MFI Calc however they may be sold as a package bundled with MFI Calc. To learn more about MFI Consult, visit this page.- MFI Consult info is accessible so long as the customer has a current MFI Calc membership. MFI Consult data is not accessible if MFI Calc lapses.
- MFI Consult is a 1 time charge for an analysis of 1 engine and application. An MFI Consult package for an added engine or application is subject to an added cost. MFI Calc memberships must be renewed annually.
- Once the customer's MFI Consult payment has been received, the customer will be sent a questionnaire to fill out with details of the fuel injection engine setup. The success of the MFI Consult package result is dependent on the accuracy of the information provided in response to the questionnaire. Corrections to the MFI Consult package that result from errors in the original data may be subject to added cost. Fulfillment of the MFI Consult Package cannot be completed until our fuel injection analyst receives the questionnaire.
- In the event that the customer has not completed our questionnaire or otherwise provided all the requested information to our fuel injection analyst, MFI Consult packages will expire after one year unless a renewed MFI Calc membership is set up.
- The customer has a period of 21 days from the date of email of the MFI Consult package to discuss via email the subject engine setup with our fuel injection analyst. In rare circumstances, the customer may talk with our fuel injection analyst by phone. Revisions may be made to the customer's MFI Consult package but the revision period expires after customer approval of answers to the ProTune questionnaire.
Refund Policy
MFI Calc: Users can request a refund within 30 days of date of payment by filling out the contact form here. After 30 days, refunds cannot be granted.MFI Consult & MFI Consult Advanced: If it is within 30 days of date of payment and the user has not yet submitted their questionnaire, a full refund will be granted. A 50% refund will be issued within 30 days of the date of payment if the user has already submitted their initial questionnaire but if custom write-ups have not yet been sent to the user. Once custom write-ups have been sent to the user, refunds cannot be granted in any amount. Users can request a refund by filling out the contact form here.
All refunds will be issued through the credit card processing service. Membership access to the site will be terminated immediately upon return of funds.
Privacy Policy
MFIcalc.com is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.MFIcalc.com may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 2/13/2024.
What we collect:

- User provided information regarding engine specifications
- Location information.
- Internal record keeping.
- We use location information to provide local weather data.
- Registered users and their engine information are used for calculating results and are saved locally for ease of access for the user.
- We reserve the right to send occasional announcement emails or user notifications.
- We do not share any information we collect. We do have access to your information for administrative purposes.
